We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025; a reference to it is therefore no longer provided.

Liability for content

We are responsible for our own content on these pages under general legislation. As a hosting service within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), we are not under a general obligation to monitor the third-party information we transmit or store, or actively to seek facts indicating illegal activity (Art. 8 DSA); liability for stored third-party content is governed by Art. 6 DSA.
